CFI MEDIA is a film production house currently filming ROMEO. HOTEL. ELEVEN – a four part drama series. Our previous feature film The Forbidden Note is available on AmazonPrime. Our goal is to help produce content which will tackle important dramatic stories to inspire positive social change.

A debt-ridden school teacher (Rishi Nair) finds himself struggling to balance his work and family life when he is extorted for money by a county line drug gang.

The forbidden note

The Forbidden Note was produced in 2014/15 by Callum Johnston & edited by Mark Kipling. The film released in 2016 premiering at Cannes Film Festival before being released on AmazonPrime globally.
Cosmo, a South African pianist falls in love with Sakeena, a British Muslim ballerina, who is being forced into an arranged marriage by her abusive radicalised Uncle. Through their struggle, Cosmo tries to show that the power of love, is far more important than the love for power.

Only One Six is a short film about a young carer who tries to reconnect with his Uncle who is living with dementia.
Made in collaboration with West Sussex Carers Support & Dementia Trust to help tackle the stigma of dementia and caring for loved ones in South Asian communities.
